I recently had new windows installed in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with both the quality of the work and the exceptional customer service I received throughout the entire process. From the first phone call to the final inspection, the team was responsive, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure I was happy. Dakota took the time to walk me through all of my options without any pressure, answering all of my questions clearly and honestly. It felt like he truly cared about helping me make the best choice for my home and budget. Scheduling was a breeze—he worked around my availability and even called the day before to confirm everything. The installation crew showed up right on time(rate), and they were professional, efficient, and respectful of my space. They laid down drop cloths, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was left spotless. I especially appreciated how the crew lead took a few minutes at the end of the job to walk me through the completed work and ensure I was completely satisfied. What stood out the most was how seamless the entire experience was. Every interaction—from the office staff to the installers—reflected a company culture built on respect, communication, and quality service. Roof Replacement 2025
Hugo Serrano was great to work with from first meeting to final completion. Always on time, kept us informed of schedules, took time to explain their work and process. Final product was just as expected. Easy to work with and recommend this company and Hugo.
Exceptional
Dakotah was very thorough with his estimate. He inspected outside and in the attic for two rafters that needed repair. He provided 3 levels of shingle options. His crew started at 7:15 and finished at 3:15 the same day. In that time 24 sheets of plywood were replaced.
A Beautiful roof job!
The guys were fast, clean and did excellent work! A HUGE job on a a very steep pitch done in less than 6 days and all cleaned up!!! We were impressed and cant recommend them enough!
